items purchased through this web site. The conditions are to
clarify the details and do not effect your statuary rights.

on an "as is" basis and as such accept no responsibility
for errors, which will be unintentional.
Delivery to UK credit/debit card billing addresses
only -
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - We only accept payment by PAYPAL in GBP and
delivery is to that paypal address by Airmail or 'International Signed
For' depending on value.
All products are subject to availability
All measurements are approximate, and given
as a guide only. Diamonds and precious stone classifications
as to colour, clarity etc. are opinions only, unless professionally
tested in a recognised laboratory. Earring measurements are
approximate overall sizes, pendant sizes relate to the actual
pendant, excluding the chain loop.
Products shown will not be actual size, and
image colours may vary from actual colours, due to light
conditions during photography, and to changes when displayed
electronically
All prices are Pounds Sterling and include
VAT at the prevailing rate
All new items are guaranteed against faulty
workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from
date of receipt. Second-hand items are similarly guaranteed
but for a period of 6 months.
All items will be supplied in our packaging
or branded packaging from our suppliers
PAYMENT
You can pay
by phone to 0161-748 4478 using Credit/Debit Card. (9.00am
to 5pm excluding Wednesdays and Sunday)
You can pay
online by secure transaction using PAYPAL via the Roman
Shopping Cart.
Send a Personal
Cheque through the post. Cheque purchases will be dispatched
upon clearance of funds, which is a minimum of 5 banking
days.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - We only accept
payment by PAYPAL in GBP and delivery is to that paypal
address.
RETURNS POLICY
We are pleased
to offer an exchange, credit or refund on your purchase
if it is returned to us within 7 Days of delivery. The
item must be returned by a receipted delivery service at
your cost, in pristine condition, unworn, with its original
packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation.
This offer does not include personalised items or special
orders and does not affect your statutory rights. Please
contact us before returning an item, so we are aware of
it's return.
Refunds and
exchanges exclude
delivery charges in either direction.
DELIVERY
We can only
deliver purchases to UK credit/debit card or cheque account
billing addresses. We aim to deliver without delay, and
certainly within 4 days from receipt of your order & payment.
We will notify you via e-mail if otherwise, and you will
have
the option of cancelling, unless the item is being specially
made for you.
Delivery
charges where applicable will be added at payment point.
If buying several items we are pleased to offer a reduced
charge and for for certain UK levals NO SHIPPING CHARGE
AT ALL. See Shipping
An email
will be sent confirming receipt of your order and payment,
and again when the item is dispatched.
